Talent Management Senior Specialist

Job Description

  • Collect and validate the yearly headcount needs from department heads and reflect it on the manpower plan. Monitor the progress of manpower plan and compliance with the time plan and approved Headcount.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing and selection.
  • Responsible for identifying with the departments heads the top talents to be included in the succession planning.
  • Identify and execute appropriate internal and external sourcing resources to attract suitable candidates.
  • Effectively build and engage with talent pool through social media.
  • Keep the HR System updated with the structural changes, reporting relations, staff data.
  • Notify the Compensation department with the final accepted candidates to issue an offer and monitoring the process progress.
  • Conduct Competency-based interviews (CBI) for different levels, juniors, seniors, managers, and key positions in the organization and write their interview analysis assessment.
  • Manage the full cycle of the Psychometric assessments including analyzing the candidates reports and providing feedback
  • Responsible for the entire life cycle of the promotion (includes interviewing the nominated employees and providing feedback) and personnel Change of status process of the department accountable for.
  • Create career path and job families for different functions (technical, non-technical and support functions) aligned with compensation grading system.
  • Prepare progress and SLA reports on the status of all departments’ hiring and its hiring duration in addition to other specific and tailored reports required by management.

Skills

Education:

  • University Degree, preferable in HR or Business Administration. Advanced degree or certification in HR, Organizational Development, or a related field is a plus.

 

Work Experience:

  • from 3 years of relevant experience in HR mainly in acquisition, recruitment, organizational development, or related roles, with progressively increasing responsibilities.

 

PC Knowledge:

  • Excellent Knowledge of MS Office.

 

Technical skills:

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and talent acquisition/recruitment software.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

 

Special requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition recruitment best practices, and sourcing techniques.
  • Experience in designing and implementing organizational development initiatives, including talent management and succession planning.
  • Understanding of performance management concepts and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to talent acquisition and organizational development.
