Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish the process of implementing the systemic computation of maintenance differences.
- Accountable for calculating the maintenance deficit for all PHD Clients Monthly/Quarterly.
- Create monthly/quarterly report on residential association costs and provide it to the management.
- Calculate the amount of interest that is owed on customer deposits based on the collection date.
- Monitor the maintenance deficit collections.
