Customer Relations Internship

You’ll get a chance to learn about PHD’s customer journey once they’re handed over their units all along with their belonging to PHD’s community. Client Relations handle end-to-end client requests, inquiries, and complaints all whilst liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure matters are resolved according to the company’s policies and service level agreements.

Studying a business-related major; 3rd or 4th year,

Strong communication skills, Good organizational skills, and excellent English language  

Basic knowledge of word, excel, and outlook
