Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Responsible for contracts negotiation with clients at all contracting procedures.
- phases “ signing contract – cancelations procedures- waiving contracts procedures.
- Conduct Face to Face closing deals with the clients by signing contracts and bank checks to complete business transactions with clients.
- Accountable for responding to and resolving all client questions both before and after signing the contracts.
- Responsible for the execution of the contracting procedures manual issued between Contracts Dep and all other departments.
